As a former competitive dancer and cheerleader from Milton, Ontario, I know what years of stress can do to our bodies. My workouts include low-impact options to keep your body happy while still breaking a sweat and feeling results. I'm a certified Fitness Instructor and Pilates Educator with multiple certifications. I'm happy to share my credentials and expertise.
